Also, we accept bg (bank guarantee) or sblc (stand by letter of credit). We can accept sugar contracts for 1-year in containers.

1. The buyer sends his purchase order or loi (letter of intent). attached is the loi format. please include full banking coordinates.

2. The seller sends fco (full corporate offer).

3. The buyer signs and seals the fco and returns it by e-mail scanned to the seller.

4. The seller sends the sugar contract signed and sealed, then the buyer signs and seals the sugar contract
and returns it by e-mail.

5. The buyer sends the application for the letter of credit, bank gurantee or sblc, to be checked by the
seller.
